Bob Moore President

Recognized as one of Rochester, New York’s leading commercial/industrial real estate professionals, Bob holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.  As a commercial real estate broker for the last 25 years, Bob averages $30 million in sales and leasing per year.  On January 1, 2002, Bob and Steve Moore purchased Moore and Associates which has been Rochester’s most respected real estate brokerage company for over 45 years.  The company was renamed Moore Corporate Real Estate in 2004 and is one of Rochester’s largest locally owned commercial/industrial real estate brokerage company.  As a life-long resident of Rochester, Bob brings extensive knowledge of the area and a full understanding of the industry.

Stephen Moore Managing Broker

On January 1, 2002, Steve and Bob Moore purchased Moore and Associates which has been Rochester’s most respected real estate brokerage company for over 45 years.  The company was renamed to Moore Corporate Real Estate in 2004 and is one of Rochester’s largest locally owned commercial/industrial real estate Brokerage Company.   A 1993 Graduate of the Ohio State University with a degree in Communications, Steve has been working in the field of commercial real estate since 1994. As the managing broker, Steve is responsible for the supervision and professional development of the associate brokers and has a complete understanding of the brokerage business.  Through personal relationships and experience, Steve is able to effectively consult Rochester’s top firms.

Paul Campbell Broker

Paul has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 1998.  With a marketing management background in the healthcare field, the Nebraska native brings a unique perspective to the brokerage team at Moore Corporate Real Estate with his emphasis on property marketing and positioning.  Paul, a 1985 University of Nebraska graduate, has been living in the Rochester Area since 1994.  Prior to joining Moore Corporate Real Estate, Paul spent five years as the Director of Leasing for Rochester Technology Park and worked with a number of tenants and prospective tenants for the Park.  Paul also coordinated the marketing program for the four million square foot office and industrial park.

A resident of the City of Rochester, Paul is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State and is active in his neighborhood association.  Paul is also an active volunteer with the Rochester Area Interfaith Housing Network (RAIHN) and the Asbury First Dining and Caring Center.

Paul has served on the team that sold the Elmgrove Manufacturing Facility on behalf of Eastman Kodak Company, the facility that was later redeveloped as Rochester Technology Park.

Steve Soja Real Estate Sales Associate

Since beginning his real estate career in 2008, Steve has quickly established himself as a top producer in the Rochester market reaching annual leasing and sales volume of $25 million.  Steve has gained extensive experience as both a Tenant/Buyer representative and as a Landlord/Seller representative and has closed sizeable transactions in office, industrial, retail and investment properties.  Highlights of Steve’s career include: Industrial – 167,000 SF lease and 80,000 SF sale; Office – 36,000 SF lease and 80,000 SF sale; Retail – 30,000 SF lease and 65,000 SF sale.  Prior to real estate Steve spent five seasons as a successful professional baseball pitcher, playing for minor league teams in the Midwest and West Coast.  He is a 2003 graduate of Coastal Carolina University where he graduated cum laude with a BSBA in both Finance and Business Management degrees.  At Coastal Carolina, Steve was a member of 3 Big South Champion baseball teams.  Steve has been active in the local community having coached football in the Fairport School District and given baseball pitching instruction to Rochester youth players ranging from ages 8 to 20.  He also continues to be an active member of his local church.

Adam Rooney Real Estate Sales Associate

Adam joined the Moore Corporate Real Estate Team in late 2010 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2011.  After graduating from State University of New York at Geneseo with a degree in Business Administration, Adam has been exposed to all areas of corporate real estate and has quickly transitioned to the role of sales associate.  Adam brings energy and enthusiasm to the office and has proven to be a valued member of our team.

Lisa Campbell Office Manager

After several years of volunteer and community work, Lisa returned to the work force and joined our team in 2014.  She brings a background of banking and customer service to manage the internal accounting and general office responsibilities for Moore Corporate Real Estate.  Lisa is on the Board of Trustees at the Allendale Columbia School and holds the position of treasurer for the Allyn’s Creek Garden Club.
